Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis South/Greenwood

We are on the road for work quite a bit, and always stay at Marriott hotels. This is by far the best Residence Inn we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are super clean and the staff is amazing. Terril at the front desk always has a smile on her face and went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

I come here every year to wrap Christmas presents and there's a reason I keep coming back! The beds are comfy, the staff is accomodating and the rooms are a great size with a nice big desk. It's a perfect little spot to have a good night's rest during a very busy time of year.

Stayed here unplanned when my tire picked up a nail on I-70. Very nice new property with great rooms and amenities. Breakfast was great as well.

This was a really great residence inn! This one seems to go above & beyond the normal residence inn! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly! There are lots of food options within walking distance. The breakfast was great with many hot options! There was even iced coffee & flavored syrups for it! Terrill at the front desk went above and beyond when my work laptop wouldn’t connect to the Marriott wifi! She gave me the info to get connected! This is one of the best residence inns we’ve stayed at & we’ve stayed at at lot of them having status w Marriott.

Fantastic service!! Staff are very friendly and happy to help. The rooms are huge with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Convenient location with grocery store abd restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend!!

I have stayed at this location several times over the last 5 years traveling for work and everytime its clean and accommodating. Beds are nice and comfortable. Great location to amenities and restaurants.

We picked this hotel for our trip to Indianapolis. It is about 20 minutes away from downtown. It seemed to be a recently built location as the hotel had very modern interior in lobby area. Our check-in was easy process, and the staff honored our request for late checkout at 3pm. The parking was free as well. The room was very spacious, There a kitchen and separate living area with TV and couch. The beds were comfy and bathroom had all the amenities. The swimming pool was indoor with heated water, so we were able to use it even in February winter time. The breakfast had some excellent options including waffle makers. Lobby area had a bar too that was popular among guests in the evening hours. The hotel is located in a busy area. There are multiple restaurants, shops, Walmart and Kroger right next to it.

Lovely staff from check-in to dining. All staff were smiling and interact well with each other and the customers. They made me feel welcoming. The room was spacious with many features such as kitchen appliances. It was a great for our needs. Good shower temperature and pressure. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Love the TV can spin. Overall a great place to stay. I will recommend.
